Troy joined SVN in January 2005 when his team opened the Denver Office for the Irvine, California-based company. His team specializes in the disposition of commercial real estate (Retail, Office, and Medical) in the $2 to $30 million range. As one of the Principals and a Managing Director of SVN/Denver Commercial, Troy brings an expertise in financial analysis and information systems, which greatly contribute to the team’s ability to maximize value for their clients. During his 15+ years in investment property sales, Troy has closed over 80 transactions totaling over $400 million in gross sales volume and he has underwritten over $1 billion worth of commercial real estate. Prior to SVN, Troy was on an investment sales team at CBC in Denver, CO and Business Real Estate (now Cushman & Wakefield) in San Diego, CA.
Troy is a member of several organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), CU Real Estate Council, and Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR). Troy graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado
