Troy joined Sperry Van Ness in January 2005 when his team opened the Denver Office for the Irvine, California based company. The team specialized in the disposition of commercial real estate (Retail, Office, and Medical) in the $2 to $20 million range. As one of the owner’s of the Denver office, Troy brings an expertise in investment sales with a strong background in financial analysis and information systems, which greatly contribute to the team’s ability to maximize value for their clients.
During his 13+ years in investment property sales, Troy has closed over $350 million in gross sales volume and underwritten over $900 million.Prior to SVN, Troy was on an investment sales team at CBC in Denver, CO and Business Real Estate (now DTZ) in San Diego, CA.
Troy graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in Boulder, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Areas of Emphasis: Real Estate and Information Systems.
